06.10.2022 PCH-a get planning for 6 Flat Residential Block

The development at 430-432 Uxbridge Road, London W12 has become a ‘minor’ development in planning terms, when the basement was removed and the overall building height increased following the requirements by LBHF to achieve at least 5dB and 10dB above Building regulation value for all internal Party walls and floors as one of 42 planning conditions.
Now fully approved, the building is ready for construction.
