New residential development and landscaping
Bletchley View masterplan transforms two underused sites within the designated Town Centre into a new local landmark designed to reflect the typical character of town centre and contribute towards the regeneration of Bletchley. Six new buildings are arranged around two podium landscaped gardens with several new pedestrian routes which reconnect the railway station with its neighbourhood. The mix of uses include 184 affordable and private homes, a community space suitable for a doctors surgery or children’s nursery, and a variety of local retail and start up office spaces. The scheme has been granted full planning permission.
