This new multi-storey car park forms part of St. Petersfield, a new business and residential quarter just half a mile from Ashton-under-Lyne town centre. The steel structure rises to three-and-a-half parking levels wrapped in cor-ten metal fins and brick, chosen to closely match the colour and texture of the brickwork of the local mill buildings nearby.  Stair and lift towers are clad in angled zinc panelling, and provide a bright, modern and clean setting for people to enter and exit the building.
