We designed this housing development in a tightly planned gated courtyard in the middle of Fulham, London with bespoke prefabricated timber frames. Each property enjoys underfloor heating on all levels, wine stores, four bedrooms, air source heat pumps, solar panels and grey water recycling for the WCs. Each house also has its own private roof terrace accessed from the open plan living and dining room on the top floor.

The houses are designed and built to Lifetime Home Standards and achieve a Code 4 for Sustainable Homes.
