Located next to a culverted river and constrained by the Macintosh conservation village in Manchester, the partly demolished multi-storey car park is staying in service throughout the construction of the 50-storey student tower block next door. The final design and layout for the 100 space car park has been informed by the results of extensive community and end user consultation throughout the pre-construction phase.
