Our Ruskin Square project involved redesigning an existing 1960s multi-storey car park and bringing it up to modern standards. Commissioned by Croydon Gateway Ltd Partnership, this car park now provides a smart facility for this regenerated area adjacent to Croydon East Railway station.

We improved the car park’s access and security with a brand new vehicle entrance and exit, new accessible lifts and a pedestrian entrance and customer centre on the south end of the building. We also cleaned and restored the original concrete columns and enhanced the entire building with new external lighting and landscaping.
