The plans for this new town-centre multi-storey car park in the Roman, Cotswold town of Cirencester, were selected in competition by the Cotswold District Council, Publica Group and Willmott Dixon. Designed as a sustainable envelope, the façade proposal is a bespoke aluminium woven panel combined with Cotswold stone and living walls.
